Karaoke Killed The Cat
Karaoke Killed the Cat is the infamous karaoke dance party for people who never thought they’d like karaoke. Hosted by the frenzied duo of Chris Goldteeth and Lord Easy, they have been changing the world’s view of what karaoke can be since 2003.
And it really is a night you won’t forget in a long time, the stage is yours and lose any fears of ‘shame-ing’ yourself at the door.
If I was back in New York, Friday nights are made for this.

Shepard Fairey - Occupy Wall Street
Shepard Fairey, Obey Giant and contemporary graphic design genius portrayed his view on the New York Occupy Wall St situation by re-contextualising his famous 2008 three-tone ‘Barack Obama Hope’ piece.
Originally he replaces the portrait with a Guy Fawkes mask and the caption: ‘Mr President, we HOPE you’re on our side’. However, after complaints, he caves in and changes the caption to read: ‘We are the HOPE’.
